• 1. REACH OUT

Please call or email me with any specific questions, or schedule a phone consultation if you’re not sure if physical therapy is right for you.

If you’re ready to start healing, you can schedule yourself online, or simply call or email me to schedule for you.

  • 2. TREATMENT SESSION

I will work with you one on one to help you feel and move better. You can either come to my clinic location, or request concierge physical therapy at a location of your choice in Teton county for an additional fee.

I also offer virtual physical therapy for those who prefer video calls to a live session.

We will create a treatment plan together to get you back to doing what you love.

  • 3. OUT OF NETWORK/ CASH PAY MODEL + BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF WYOMING

I accept BCBS of WY, and will bill you through your insurance at the contracted rates provided per service.

All other patients who are uninsured or insured by other providers: I have transparent prices, listed upfront. I also offer packages, and limited number of sliding scales session based on need.

Current insurance reimbursement forces many companies to create shorter treatment times, or co-treat multiple patients at once and denies many client centered treatments I offer. I believe you deserve better than allowing insurance companies to dictate your care.

I can easily prepare a super-bill for you, which will allow you to submit proof of your PT treatment to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • 4. ONGOING SUPPORT: EASY PAYMENT AND RESCHEDULING ONLINE

You can pay at the time of service, before, or after easily with my online scheduling and payment platform.

Typical course of pelvic floor PT is 6 visits, some people need more and some people do well with less, based on individual needs.

Care for an orthopedic injury also varies based on the severity and intensity of the injury. I will work with you to develop a plan that works for you, to optimize healing.

Each session will empower you to heal and grow independently, by offering individualized home exercise programs and educational resources.
